See the Fashion at Paris Fashion Week


    Long flowing gowns, knee length dresses, pantsuits, skirts, fur, leather were some of the dresses to rock the Paris fashion week of 2011. One dress which was the showstopper during this event was the floor length gowns. The runway models taking long strides in this outfit was an amazing picture. The main feature this season was to create long, clean cut silhouettes with distinct necklines, the sleeves, skirts and detailing on the dresses was the major attraction. Every dress looked great on the Paris runways giving the wearer a unique experience.

    The halter neckline was back on the runways, this creation was launched by Givenchy and Azzedine Alaia. Their outfits looked classy and elegant and each dress was perfect red carpet creation. Givenchy’s collection introduced the thicker halter necklines avoiding plunging necklines while Azzedine Alaia opted to go with thinner and lighter halter necks.

    Sleeves were give immense importance at the Paris fashion week making the models look sophisticated and enchanting. Valentino’s amazing collection looked classy followed by the Ellie Saab’s sheer tulle gowns which showcased beautifully strutted beaded patterns. The long sleeves looked enticing on models which were featured with beautifully designed boat necks.

    The CĂ©line collection was inspired by the car interiors which featured gracefully designed streamlined cuts, the slim fit dresses looked great on the runway models designed by British designer Phoebe Philo. This was one unique collection which will soon be a part of many evening parties and hit the high street fashion in style.

    Some designers managed to pull the look with their designer skirts in style creating a classy trend with slim fitted flared skirts; Giambattista Valli launched narrow skirts as well as flared ones which was seen in Givenchy’s and in Valentino’s collection as well.

    Famous runway veterans like Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell showcased a beautiful collection launched by Marc Jacobs from the famous fashion house of Louis Vuitton. Naomi featured in bell boy cap followed by a sweater and a skirt while Kate looked great in a rebel fashion smoking a cigarette on the runway.
