Dry Skin Care

    Dry skin is dull, rough, scaly and itchy, almost invisible pores. Dry skin is usually caused by abnormal cell detachment in the outer layer of the skin. Under normal circumstances, the natural lubricating oils from the body to help prevent water loss from the skin.

    If you have dry skin, washing your face every day with a mild cleanser. This will help keep your skin dry. Moisturize with a fragrance-free, alcohol-containing lotion after washing. In addition, the limit of very hot showers, high temperatures and low humidity, which deprives the skin of moisture. Even with soap and excessive washing and cleaning of the skin increases drought. Many teens have dry skin during the winter months when humidity is low and the heater makes the hot, dry air indoors. If your skin is very dry, take a hot bath for about 20 minutes. Pat the skin dry again. Oil or lotion helps to maintain hydration of healing, keep the skin soft and supple.
